With Quickship Service, we ship on time or it is FREE!
• Quickship available for standard 1 color, 1 location imprints only.
• Add 30% additional charge (minimum $25).
• Order/Art must be received complete and ready for processing by 10am cst.
• Maximum quantity is end quantity in the catalog.
• Quickship orders can not be changed or cancelled.
• Proofs are not allowed on quickship orders.
• No drop ships or special packaging allowed.
• FedEx is preferred carrier. Alternate carriers may delay shipping. Specify on order.
• Order/Art must be emailed to express@customcrest.com. Subject line must include distributor name, PO#, and Quickship. Quickship service begins the day following receipt of order/art and credit approval. Art must be camera-ready-to-size and sent in Adobe Illustrator format. A PDF of art layout should be sent for verification. Any required order clarification or failure to comply with any of these terms will delay shipping and disqualify your order from Quickship service. Factory will not be held liable for guaranteeing shipments when unforeseen circumstances occur that are beyond the factory’s control.
